Starting Wednesday, June 22nd, two new local music shows join Baton Rouge Community Radio.
Tune in at 6:00pm for High Cotton and Hill Country, a live program of classic Country and Western and Mississippi Delta blues. And stay with WHYR-LP at 7:00pm for The Front Porch, featuring the best in Americana and contemporary Alternative Country.
Your favorite Wednesday night programs haven’t gone away, though, they’ve just moved. The History of Rock with DJ Clay will now air 8:00-10:00pm. Nether Street will continue delivering underground music for the mind, at a new earlier time (by popular demand!) 10:00pm-12:00am. And Deep Wax with The Professor goes even deeper, midnight to 3:00am early Thursday mornings.
